About the productSutherlandia Frutescens Tablets come in hermetically sealed packets of 60 tablets, enough for approximately 1 months supply, if the correct dosage of 2 tablets a day is followed. Each tablet contains 300 mg of Sutherlandia extract. They must be stored in a cool, dry place - especially once opened. It is not recommended that the tablets be crushed and chewed, as their taste is highly unpleasant to most individuals.

How should they be taken?The tablets should be taken one at a time, after meals. The recommended dosage is 2 tablets a day.Increases beyond this dosage must only be done after consultations with your health professional.
