Ordering via phone is perhaps the least flexible of our payment methods as we are limited to South African time (a state of affairs we are hoping to improve by mid 2003). But it does allow for that personal touch. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have.

You can speak to us to order, or simply speak to us about our products. We will be delighted to answer any questions that you may have. Whatever your query, will will do our best to answer it, and if we can't answer it on the spot, we will research it and get back to you quickly.

If ordering, please have the following details handy, which we will need to process your order:

Your credit card details.
Type & quantity of Sutherlandia Company Products you wish to order.
Your full name, date of birth and billing address.
The delivery address.
Your preferred delivery method. 

As soon as your payment details are confirmed, your order will be shipped.
